Return & Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and photos of the item.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened incense powder, ash, and burned or used incense products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the outer package, inner packaging, and damaged item. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
