Order processing

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Live-reserved and personalized orders may require additional preparation time. You will receive a confirmation email after checkout and a shipping confirmation with tracking when the order is dispatched.

United States shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is $6 for orders under $50 and free for orders of $50 or more. The estimated delivery time shown at checkout is 5-8 business days after dispatch.

International shipping

Shipping is available only to the countries and regions shown at checkout. Available service levels, prices, and estimated delivery times are displayed before payment. We do not currently ship to mainland China or destinations that Shopify or our carriers identify as unsupported or remote.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless Shopify collects these charges at checkout, the customer is responsible for them. Customs processing can extend delivery times.

Address accuracy

Please check your name, email, and complete shipping address before payment. Contact us as soon as possible at hayden211229@gmail.com if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched. Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs when a package is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address.

Delays and delivery issues

Carrier estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control. If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears lost, contact us with your order number so we can assist.
