What is incense seal?

Incense seal is a traditional way to shape fine incense powder into a pattern before lighting it. The process is visual and slow, which makes it popular for tea tables, meditation corners, desks, and quiet evening routines.

Do I need incense powder for the kits?

Some kit bundles include powder and some supplier bundles do not. Please check the product page before checkout. We also sell loose incense powder separately so you can choose your own scent profile.

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually process in 2-4 business days. Standard delivery to the United States usually takes 8-15 business days after dispatch.

Can I leave incense burning while I leave the room?

No. Never leave burning incense unattended. Always use incense on a heat-safe surface and keep it away from children, pets, curtains, paper, and airflow.

Do you use real agarwood?

We avoid regulated material claims unless a supplier provides clear documentation. Products described as agarwood-inspired are scent-style products, not a claim that regulated agarwood material is included.
